Stacey Solomon has been hitting the gym over recent weeks and has started training with her rarely seen sister Samantha Stone, who is a personal trainer at Barry's Bootcamp
Stacey Solomon has a close and loving family - often sharing posts with her sister and best friend, Jemma Solomon.The 33 year old mum-of-five headed to the gym early on Sunday morning to get her sweat on with step-sister Samantha Stone, who works as a personal trainer.
"Happy Sunday everyone... Couldn't sleep so I left everyone in bed and went to a class with my sister," she told her followers. The TV star cut a casual figure in grey leggings and a red cropped sweatshirt, while Samantha showed off her toned physique in a sports bra and black leggings.Samantha is a trainer at fitness club Barry's UK and an ambassador for Nike Training Club, and she also has her own workout page called The Stone Method. She's also a scuba diving instructor.
Samantha is Stacey's step-sister. Stacey previously explained how her complicated but loving family includes seven siblings; one step-sister, two step-brothers, one brother, one sister and a half-brother.
