She continued: "We are so grateful to have such an incredible service 1. You're all bloody amazing... HAPPY BIRTHDAY NHS," followed by a celebration emoji and a white heart emoji. Stacey wrote over it: "She's here and she came with ALL the pink she's unpacking it social distance style," with a heart eyes emoji, a crying emoji and a white heart emoji.
