Speaking to the camera, Stacey said: “I’ve had so many messages like this lately, but I thought it was really important to come on here and say when I take the gym clothes off, I look like this - which is also really pretty and a really lovely body. And I just feel like it’s important to show that.” Alongside the video itself, Stacey also included another lengthy caption which read: “Just because I think it’s important to see you can have abs and also have hip cushions and a womb !!!
The Loose Women panellist then finally ended her post by writing: “ Do what makes you feel good & that you enjoy. Your happiness is the biggest priority.”
