Stack Infrastructure has plans to build a data center campus spanning more than 100 acres in Lancaster.
A Denver-based data center company has plans for more in Dallas-Fort Worth.The 220-megawatt campus, which already features a power commitment from utility company Oncor with a dedicated substation, will span about 1.5 million square feet. Its delivery is slated for mid-2026.“We continue to observe a steady demand for powered, large-scale campuses, particularly in established or growing markets,” said Stack Americas’ chief commercial officer Ty Miller.
“This latest announcement reinforces our commitment to providing certainty and scalability for our clients, along with a favorable delivery target of mid-2026.”The company’s DFW01 data center campus sits in Plano. The site features a 48-megawatt built-to-suit opportunity for future expansion.with Bandera Ventures, a Dallas developer, for a 100-acre, approximately 1 million-square-foot data center project. It could have up to 300 megawatts of power and will feature its own substation.
