Summary Star Trek: Lower Decks finally paid off a promise made to Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's Quark . In Lower Decks season 3, episode 6, "Hear All, Trust Nothing", the USS Cerritos docked at Deep Space Nine to oversee important trade negotiations between the Federation and the Karemma. While Captain Carol Freeman and Colonel Kira Nerys met with the Karemma representatives, the Lower Deckers spent time exploring the legendary space station.
