Two seasoned NASA astronauts will be the first to take a ride in Starliner up to the International Space Station.
Ten years ago, Boeing and SpaceX were tasked by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to develop commercial crew craft to carry astronauts up to the International Space Station from American soil. SpaceX Crew Dragon has already been flying up for four years, including eight times for NASA’s commercial crew program.And in about three weeks, Boeing is finally set to test its Starliner with crew on board for the first time.

This is the first flight of Starliner with a crew onboard so it’ll be the first time for it to fly in this configuration.During these test missions, there are always lessons to be learned.
