THE STATE PENSION will see lower Government expenditure over time, an expert tells Express.co.uk, as Rishi Sunak considers big changes to the triple lock.
The triple lock guarantees that the state pension increases each year in line with the highest of the following: the rising cost of living seen in the Consumer Prices Index measure of inflation, increasing average wages, or 2.5 percent.
