The government is rolling out the latest phase of its Household Support Fund. After the Conservative Party announced the HSF, the Labour Party has extended it until the end of March.
Thousands of pensioners are poised to receive a £200 one-off payment towards their energy bills following the axing of the £300 Winter Fuel Allowance by the new Labour government, with Chancellor Rachel Reeves at the helm. The latest phase of the Household Support Fund is being rolled out by the government.
In Nottinghamshire alone, over 32,000 eligible households are set to benefit from this support to help with food and energy costs as Christmas approaches.
