While she wasn’t able to pitch, Bordi was able to play outfield and hit and was having her best offensive season. She was 20-for-37 for a .541 batting average with an incredible 17 walks. Eleven of her hits had gone for extra bases, including four home runs, while she scored 16 runs and knocked in 24.
