Prosecutors claim she ran over him with her SUV during a snowstorm.The clothes were collected at the Brockton hospital where O'Keefe was taken after he was found.On Monday, a forensic scientist testified that she tested the clothes for blood and preserved other possible evidence.

“These stories are compelling not only here in the United States but worldwide. Does it surprise me? No. Is it relatively rare? Yes. But there are these types of stories that just catch fire and seem to be so compelling and must-see TV for so many people,” said criminologist and author Dr. Scott Brown.

The criminologist added that in these types of cases it's easy to forget about what's important, which is ultimately justice for O'Keefe and his loved ones.
