The Pittsburgh Steelers used their first round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft on versatile offensive lineman Troy Fautanu. And now, he is expected to start right away.
Fautanu, the No. 20 overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers, has been working at right tackle during his first NFL offseason., Fautanu has said he expects to compete for the starting spot at right tackle during training camp this summer. 2021 fourth-round pick Dan Moore Jr. is likely to be Fautanu's main competition to be a bookend with 2023 first-round pick Broderick Jones, who is expected to move over to left tackle, where he was drafted to eventually play.
