When you make your way through the opening of Eidos 7, you might wonder how to open the locked chest in Bar 99. If that’s you, then worry no more for we have the answer you seek.
Now, all you need to do is travel back to Eidos 7 and find it again. Talk to Adam in Xion and you can select the option to travel to a different region. Choose Eidos 7 and the first fast-travel point. From here, follow the level through the gate and jump down from the broken bridge beam. Keep going forward and you’ll find the entrance to Bar 99 on the left side of the street. Go in here and then turn left again to find the chest next to a crashed monorail.
