He’s working on some adjustments right now posture wise with the hitting team. Lane is a pro. He’s a really good hitter. He’s going to bust out of this and be a big part of our team.”In the sixth inning Saturday against Milwaukee, Josh Naylor took a disputed called strike to end the inning. Jose Ramirez was on third base with the Guardians trailing, and eventually losing, 2-1.
“We’re just looking for ways to beat the starter,” said Vogt. “We’ve been struggling against right-handed pitching. I wanted to mix it up a little bit.”
