Former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard made a cameo Sky show The Overlap with Jamie Carragher
Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard couldn't resist reigniting a feud with Gary Neville during a video call with former Reds teammate Jamie Carragher . The iconic captain jumped on a FaceTime call with the Sky Sports pundit during the latest series of filming for The Overlap on Tour. Gerrard, who rose through the Liverpool academy before succeeding Sami Hyypia as the captain, knew about the rivalry between Manchester United and the Anfield club.
At the beginning of the call, Carragher starts: 'There he is, there's the main fella. Can you tell where are? You can tell, don't you?' Gerrard replies: 'Oh yeah.' The Bootle-born stopper pans to show Neville and Keane, saying: 'I've brought a couple of mates along just to make it even better.' Neville spoke up but Gerrard couldn't help aim a dig, he responded: 'O for f***'s sake. Roy, you can stay where you are, Gary you can f*** off.
