Stockbroker loses his leg after drunkenly walking into a London Tube tunnel
A STOCKBROKER has revealed his horror after losing his leg when he drunkenly wandered into a Tube tunnel.
He somehow got into Bank station when it was locked and wandered for 100m down the dark tunnel over the space of two hours.: "I navigated my way down to the platform and fell asleep on a bench until about 3am."Then, instead of getting back up onto the platform, I carried on walking down the line and disappeared into the tunnel."Richard said the next thing he remembers is a tube barrelling towards him as he lay on the track.
Richard used the compensation - “a five figure sum” - he received from the horror to become an entrepreneur and is now the co-owner of trampoline park Flip-Out.
