Dermatologist Dr. Dray advises against using excessive eye cream, suggesting a tiny amount is sufficient. She recommends using a pea-sized amount and applying it gently with the ring finger.
If you've got a consistent skincare routine, you'll know that it can be pricey. But one dermatologist has explained that there's a product you need to stop wasting your money on. When it comes to lotions and potions you put on your face and body, you can be under the impression that more is better; however, dermatologist Dr Dray has put this rumour to bed, saying you need to 'stop wasting money on eye creams, using so much,' highlighting that just a little bit does the trick.

They share that you should ' use your ring finger as the delicate eye area requires a delicate touch without too much pressure. Be very gentle while you dab, tap or lightly massage the cream in.' A dermatologist told Shape that there's a proper method for applying eye cream to get the maximum benefits from it. They reiterated that a pea-sized amount of cream for each eye is perfect, and you should ensure, first of all, that your hands are clea
