It comes as 'a month's worth' of rain has already fallen in 24 hours in parts of Ireland
Parts of the UK are bracing for wet and windy weather this week as Storm Babet hits the UK - including parts of Greater Manchester.

Some communities may be cut off by flooded roads and power cuts are a possibility. The heavy rain will be accompanied by 'strong easterly winds', which may worsen its impact.
"In the north of the warning area, especially the higher parts of the North Pennines and Cheviots may locally see in excess of 100 mm of rain through the period. Strong easterly winds may exacerbate the impacts brought about by the heavy rain."
