Baggage was piling up once again at Philadelphia International Airport on Monday morning, where frustrated passengers saw the weather disrupt their holiday travel.
It comes one week after"Sometimes weather happens, but I think the airline should have a consistent answer to the questions and I think that would make people have more confidence," said Eileen Hauser, who was traveling from San Diego, California.Passengers were separated from their luggage, and some of them were told it would be at least a four-hour wait for their bags.
A similar situation happened last week with luggage piling up after heavy storms passed over the region.
