.secretcinema has just announced that further tickets have been added for its previously sold out production of stranger_things Stranger_Things. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 12pm:

“For our inaugural small screen show we’re allowing our imaginations to run completely free," concurs Matthew Bennett, creative director of the production. "The Duffer Brothers have deftly created such a mesmeric collage from the '80s, it is an honour for Secret Cinema to be able to take that vision from their screen and recreate it as a hyper-real, 360-degree living and breathing world.
"It's such a nostalgic programme," he continues. "I think what's exciting, too - this is the first time we're going to be taking such a huge amount of material to create really distinctive and richly detailed narratives where people will be able to live through elements that they've been part of." Another way that this production will differ to previous ones is that audiences will find themselves immersed in the world while it still exists and evolves in its television format. "Unlike films, people will be entering this world while it's live online," Riggall says. "The future format of cinema is somewhere that blurs the lines between mediums and art forms.
Tickets for Secret Cinema Presents Stranger Things tickets go on O2 priority pre-sale at 9am GMT on May 22 and general sale at midday GMT on May 28. Prices start at £49 + booking fee, with matinee tickets available every Saturday available from £35 + booking fee.
