A new trailer for Stranger Things: The First Shadow sets a Broadway premiere date for the stage play that's set in 1959 Hawkins.
Having opened on London’s West End in 2023, Stranger Things: The First Shadows is headed to Broadway next year. A trailer for the stage play reveals that preview performances will begin at the Marquis Theatre on March 28, 2025, while opening night is being held on April 22, 2025.“Hawkins, 1959: a regular town with regular worries,” the synopsis for the stage play reads.
Stranger Things: The First Shadow is based on an original story by the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne and Kate Trefry, while Trefy wrote the play.
