Strictly Come Dancing has confirmed comedian Chris McCausland as the first celebrity to join this year's line-up for its 20th series and he shared his exciting news on This Morning
Chris McCausland has been confirmed as the first famous face to join the cast of Strictly Come Dancing 2024.
Chris was the first famous face unmasked by Josie and Craig live on the ITV daytime show and the funny man joked that the announcement is "the worst kept secret". Chris currently hosts his own Saturday morning chat show for ITV called The Chris McCausland Show. He has also co-written and stars in ‘Bad Tidings’ a festive family comedy movie that will premier for Sky this Christmas.
The celebrities confirmed still have a short wait before they find out who their professional partner will be. So far Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vito Coppola have been confirmed to return.
