Former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri has said that taking part in this year's Strictly Come Dancing has given her a newfound confidence and has given 'back her spark'
Love Island 's Tasha Ghouri has opened up about the incredible boost in confidence she's gained from her time on Strictly Come Dancing , saying it's "given me back my spark". Tasha, who has secured a place in this year's final, reflected on her time in the dance competition and revealed how much strength and independence the experience has given her.
She added that she's been touched by the impact she's had, noting: "The amount of messages I've had from younger women and children saying they felt represented because they've seen me on TV. That's the power of representation and with Chris as well, I feel that it's been such a special year to be a part of."
Aljaz has promised a show-stopping dance to Benny Goodman's Sing, Sing, Sing for the Strictly Come Dancing final, admitting it's been "very difficult" to perfect. He said: "Dangerous wouldn't be the word that I would be using but in showdances there are no rules and you can do what the music tells you to do," adding insight into their creative process.
