Robin Windsor’s funeral is taking place this week Robin Windsor will be laid to rest on Tuesday in his home town of Ipswich, Suffolk. The Strictly Come Dancing community was shaken when it was announced the professional dancer – who partnered with celebrities including Lisa Riley, Patsy Kensit, Anita Dobson, and Dragons’ Den star Deborah Meaden – had died aged 44.
‘It’s going to be a very emotional day but everyone just wants to do Robin proud.’ Windsor, who appeared on the BBC series from 2010 until 2014, was found dead in a London hotel room, according to the MailOnline. After confirmation of Windsor’s death, a spokesperson for Strictly told Metro.co.uk: ‘The whole Strictly Come Dancing family are deeply saddened to hear the news about our dear friend Robin Windsor.
