Strictly Come Dancing made history back in 2019, when the show aired it's first ever same-sex dance after 15 years on screen. But not everybody was happy with professional dancers Graziano Di Prima and openly gay Johannes Radebe 's performance — with almost 200 viewers complaining about the dance at the time.
The pair did spins, lifts and gymnastics as they danced alongside Aljaž Skorjanec and Luba Mushtuk, becoming the first two men to dance in a pair together since the show began in 2004. Viewers rushed to Twitter following the performance to voice their praise over the dance, with one writing: "Johannes dancing with Graziano is beautiful and more more more same sex partnerships please."
