New revelations have surfaced about Fern Britton 's emotional journey on Strictly Come Dancing , with the former professional dancer who brought her to tears identified amidst fresh details from her stint on the hit show. The beloved 67 year old TV legend, known for her stints on Breakfast Time in the '80s, Ready Steady Cook from 1994 to 2000, and This Morning between 1999 and 2009, competed in the 2012 series of Strictly.
Fern shared that she tried everything to appease her frustrated dance partner, but nothing seemed to work. In her book, the TV presenter also spilled the beans on Artem's reaction when they were paired for the show, reports the Mirror. Artem appeared on Strictly as a professional dancer from 2010 to 2013 and then joined the US version of the talent show, Dancing with the Stars. Earlier this year, Fern opened up to The Times about her time on Strictly, alleging that Artem "kicked and shoved" her during rehearsals. She revealed: " 'You just stand there and don't move, I dance round you.' He was like, 'Shut your face. Go home before I kill you.
