Graziano was sacked by the BBC last month following allegations of his 'abusive' and 'violent' behaviour towards his celebrity partner Zara McDermott and now he is allegedly set to sue the BBC
Graziano Di Prima , the former Strictly Come Dancing professional who was dismissed from the show, has reportedly enlisted top legal firm Whitestone Chambers to fight his case against the BBC. The 30 year old dancer is aiming to clear his name and believes he has a case for unfair dismissal.
The allegations against Graziano are considered the most significant scandal in Strictly's two-decade history. Last month, he was dismissed after a video surfaced showing him "hitting and kicking" Zara. Further claims against Graziano were made public, including allegations that he chased Zara into a bathroom, spat at her, and verbally abused her during rehearsals last year.
Graziano, who is married, issued a statement to his 251,000 Instagram followers expressing deep regret over the actions that led to his exit from the show. However, he later denied kicking Zara.
