Strictly Come Dancing's Hamza Yassin has revealed his one stone weight loss after training for nine hours a day.

Nine hours a day we're trying to train. It's hard on the body, the knees and legs are hurting.
Speaking about their scores, Hamza said: "I was flabbergasted really. I just wanted to finish the routine and do it correctly. You can see the excitement.
