And on Strictly It Takes Two on Thursday night, viewers were given a glimpse into how training is going for the pair.Both Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez are clearly rehearsing a very sexy salsa. Helen is seen grabbing Gorka and wrapping her legs around him, before arching her back, turning away and then shimmying to one side with her hands on her hips, sticking her bum out.Helen Skelton said: "The salsa strikes me as a party dance, a fun dance.
Helen added: "It's fun, it's lifts and tricks. The only thing he said to me going into this week was 'Are you ready to fly?"Helen also posted on her Instagram tonight, with a special message she received from Debbie McGee.
