Strictly Come Dancing's James Bye nearly 'rips off finger' rehearsing this week
"So, he's like a superhero," James told Rylan of his character ."We're gonna go for it. We're gonna make him strong.
"I was trying to show Amy how strong I was in the rehearsal room by doing pull-ups on a girder, and I like, ripped my finger open – the wedding ring sort of only keeping my finger on at the moment, so we'll see how we get on with that one!"
