Strictly Come Dancing's JB Gill has broken his silence on his dance partner Amy Dowden's absence from the BBC show and has opened up on working with Lauren Oakley
JLS star JB Gill has opened up about his Strictly Come Dancing dance partner Amy Dowden 's absence from this week's show. After they danced the foxtrot to Toploader's Dancing In The Moonlight last Saturday , 34-year-old Amy suddenly became 'unwell' backstage and was taken to hospital.
Sharing his feelings about not dancing alongside Amy this weekend, JB spoke to OJ Borg on BBC Radio 2 today .
He also mentioned adapting to new partner Lauren and expressed: "Well, of course, everybody’s different and especially when you’re doing partner work - Amy’s slightly shorter than Lauren, you know, there is little sort of bits and pieces that are different for each of them. So, for me, coming into that and not, obviously, being a professional, it’s just about having to adapt to how they dance.
