Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks has opened up on the heartbreaking reason he quit Celebrity SAS for a second time after telling instructors he 'had nothing left'
Pete Wicks has quit Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins for a second time amid painful memories of his mother while filming in New Zealand. Viewers tuned in to an emotional episode of the show, in which the TOWIE star told the instructors: “I’ve lost the fight, I’ve got nothing left, my head is not in it.”
“I hadn’t prepared for the reading out of the letters," Pete said. "I thought, ‘I need to go and say what I’ve said in this letter to my mum’.” Despite the struggles, Pete confirmed he had ‘no regrets’ about his time on the show. “For them, it’s life and death. "But it’s a TV show, and I’d reached my limit on a TV show. I’ve got absolutely no regrets about it,” he told the publication.
