Strictly star Pete Wicks and reported lover Maura Higgins are reportedly planning a romantic getaway after appearing on their reality TV shows. Whilst Pete, 36, is showcasing his dance moves on the BBC hit series Strictly Come Dancing , Maura, 33, is believed to have flown out to Australia for her stint on I'm A Celebrity, which kicks off tomorrow .
A source close to the duo confided to Heat magazine: "Pete and Maura have both been super busy lately. He's been working flat out on Strictly, and she's been preparing for the jungle."That's why they've decided that when things calm down, they will go away on holiday together. It will either be over Christmas, which would be really special, or in early January to kick off 2025," reports Birmingham Live.
While neither has officially stated they're a couple, former Irish Love Island star Maura recently expressed her fondness for her alleged partner on Paul C Brunson's podcast. She enthused: "We just get on very, very well. I adore him, he's an amazing person. We met very soon after coming off Love Island and we clicked instantly."
