The Welsh opera star became the latest famous face to get the boot from the glitzy BBC One show
Strictly star Wynne Evans was seen dabbing his eyes during an emotional farewell on It Takes Two this evening.
Yet, on Sunday , Wynne's Strictly journey came to an end after a dance-off at Blackpool Tower Ballroom saw him and Katya face Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe. Mid-interview, EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick unexpectedly joined them, heaping praise on his "best mate" Wynne and leading him to tears. Jamie remarked: "Who'd have thought this man and me would become best mates? ", reports the Mirror.
"It's the friendships they create on the show and genuine relationships. I'm so glad you had each other," she added. As emotions ran high, host Fleur East offered Wynne tissues to dry his eyes.
