Strictly Come Dancing Zara has been updating her followers on social media with her progress ahead of the BBC show kicking off this weekend.
Zara McDermott has admitted she suffered painful injuries on her feet just three days into training for her upcoming debut on Strictly Come Dancing.
Zara shared a snap of her foot which looked painfully cut and sore while she was sat in the back of her car before admitting she had "really underestimated the blisters". Despite her sore feet, the ITV star has shared her excitement for appearing on this year's show as she said she is "pinching" herself at being able to take part and get glammed up for the performances.
The former civil servant rose to fame for her appearance on Love Island in 2018 and will make history as the first ever ITV contestant from the dating show to take part in Strictly.
