Strictly's Zoe Ball pays emotional tribute to radio legend Ken Bruce on his last day
"I'm very good! A bit emotional because it's Ken's last day today and we love him so much," she told a caller who phoned into her show.
Revealing that the team had marked the presenter's last day with celebrations, she added:"We're making a fuss and he hates a fuss."Ken announced his decision to leave Radio 2 in January, with the presenter making the move to Greatest Hits Radio. "After 45 years of broadcasting on BBC Radio it's time for a change," he said in a statement."I would stress that this is entirely my decision. I will also be very proud of my association with the BBC and Radio 2."
He added:"What better way to celebrate my forty-five years in radio than with a new adventure and a brand-new show on Greatest Hits Radio."
