A Brooklyn woman who was injured after falling out of a golf cart is now suing the Hard Rock Cafe & Hotel in the Dominican Republic for $500,000.
The seat of Taylor O’Leary’s golf cart was slippery and wet when she tumbled out of the buggy in July 2022 and suffered multiple unspecified injuries, she said in the Brooklyn Federal Court filing.A 27-year-old Brooklyn woman was a guest at the hotel when she was hurt, she said in the legal papers filed against Hard Rock Cafe International and the Hard Rock Hotel, Punta Cana.
