Dan Jones is now walking with a zimmer frame as he progresses towards heading home
A Strongman who suffered a horrendous injury when he ruptured the patella tendons in his knees while at a competition has given an update on his recovery in hospital.
The 29-year-old father had been training to compete in Strongman since the beginning of this year, finishing first place in the First Time category at the Manchester Strongman competition back in July. He touches the door at the end of the corridor, which is the exit, before making his way back from where he has just walked as he continues to recover from his dreadful double injury.
