Dr Muhammad Masood was banned from practicing medicine after being found guilty of abusing a woman. He appealed the decision but his appeal was rejected by the Court of Session.
A Glasgow doctor who was struck off for abusing a woman has failed in a bid to be allowed to return to work.

He originally faced 43 allegations but the General Medical Council investigation found seven of them proved.In a written judgment, Lady Dorrian, said: "The tribunal was entitled to reach the conclusions it did regarding insight and remediation.
