It has become commonplace for clubs to make changes in the dugout during the season in a bid for success.However, Pearce is keen to put an end to the managerial merry-go-round outside of transfer windows.
Pearce's last role also saw him serve as David Moyes' assistant at West Ham across two spells, most recently leaving the Hammers in 2022.
