'It’s been a tough decision to leave this space as we love it...'
Merserymade, a store helping to support local artists, artisans and makers, has announced the closure of its flagship location in the city centre.
Sharing news of the closure online, a statement said: "IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! We have some important news to share – and although it makes us a little sad, we are making this change for all the right reasons! The statement continued: "It’s been a very full-on 5 years since our launch and of course none of it is possible without the continued support of our amazing customers and creatives, so although it is with a heavy heart that we leave our first home, we also look back with immense pride on what we have achieved here in Liverpool.
