'Seriously have NO WORDS, NO WORDS'

Sue Radford is furious at British Airways after their lost luggage turned up at a hotel in New York - two months after they stayed there.

It began when Sue, Amiee, Ellie and Katie missed their flight at Heathrow because of delays at Manchester Airport. Then, when they arrived in New York, Sue and the girls waited for their bags to come round the conveyer belt - only to find they were still in Heathrow. The family enjoyed their five-day trip, but had to do so without their luggage as it never arrived. At the time, Sue blasted British Airways and vowed never to fly with them again.

The email read: "Hello Mrs Radford, Hope you are well, We got an email from the hotel asking for you to contact them regarding your lost luggage it was dropped at the hotel that you stayed in New York.Sue shared a screenshot of the email and said: "Seriously have no words, no words. Only nearly two months later they turn up at the hotel. Oh and anyone that does fly BA do not expect compensation for your flight delays/cancelation or lost luggage because you won't get it.
