It was kind of late at night, and tempers flared, guns and knives were pulled.
‘And it all of a sudden clicks in for him, “She’s the person I want to tell everything to,”’ Aaron continued. ‘Now that I think about it — I didn’t think about it at the time — it’s a little bit similar to When Harry Met Sally. He just sort of realises, “This is the woman for me”.’The scene could have gone one of five ways, as they debated Donna’s reaction upon seeing Harvs at the door.
Turns out they didn’t even need words, as he continued: ‘We wanted to get on the same page with Sarah [Rafferty] and Gabriel [Macht] and make them comfortable. And we did try it where they said those words, and we thought we were going to film it with those words and without those words. But then on the day, it worked so well without the words that we felt like it was unspoken when he [knocks on her] door and she’s there.
