The iconic San Antonio institution will see three all-new mural installations, each designed and painted by local artists, throughout this summer.
Guests at the Pearl had the opportunity to contribute to the mural during its installation last week. Mauro de la Tierra is a first-generation Mexican American, self-taught painter, and illustrator. He started his artistic journey with Street Art, slowly evolving to make pieces that emphasize whimsical and surrealist expressionism.
