Over his 86 years in comics, Kal-El has donned numerous iconic suits, from his fan-favorite post-Crisis costume to his unforgettable black Superman suit. Beyond the comics, the Man of Steel has also sported several standout costumes in animation, with one of these costumes now returning to DC lore in a recent Action Comics release.
However, their investigation is abruptly interrupted when aliens attack the city, prompting Clark to suit up as Superman and confront the invaders. Notably, during this confrontation, Superman is depicted wearing his classic Fleischer suit.The Fleischer suit first appeared in the Superman animated short films produced by Fleischer Studios in the early 1940s. Between 1941 and 1943, the studio created 17 shorts, which were among the first animated adaptations of the Man of Steel.
