Lana Lang’s Superwoman returns to action.
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Warning! Spoilers ahead for Action Comics #1064!Just in time for Superman’s huge “House of Brainiac” event, Superwoman returns to aid in the fight against DC’s most intelligent supervillain. Lana Lang has been out of the superhero game for a while, but she’s coming back at the perfect moment.
Lana Lang’s life changed considerably in the DC Rebirth era. Due to the changes brought on by Flashpoint, two versions of Superman were created. When one of them died, Lana absorbed energy that was dispersed from his body, giving Lana powers similar to the ‘Electric Red’ iteration of Superman. With these new powers, Lana became Superwoman and fought alongside Superman and his allies.
Lois makes it to Centennial Park where Jimmy Olsen and his girlfriend Siobhan Smythe, aka Silver Banshee are waiting for her. The trio waits for Clark to arrive so they can get on with yoga in the park, but Clark is still preoccupied with his usual morning routine of looking over Metropolis. Clark makes it and greets his friends, ready for a relaxing day. However, Superman’s sensitive ears hear Brainiac’s attack on the city begin and he urges Lois to get to safety.
