Surprise royal walkabout in London as Charles, William and Kate meet public Coronation
The King and the Prince and Princess of Wales have arrived on The Mall to greet members of the public in a surprise appearance less than 24 hours before the Coronation.
The member of the public and asked Kate if she has an early start for tomorrow's Coronation, on Saturday, 6 May.As she left, she wished them well, saying: "Enjoy tomorrow, thank you!" There is a 70% chance of showers at the same time a spectacular flypast by the Red Arrows to celebrate the historic occasion is due to take place, forecasters say.
Earlier today, those on the walkabout arrived at Buckingham Palace for pre-Coronation festivities following another dress rehearsal at Westminster Abbey.
