"After they couldn't find him, they came out and went over there, and I guess went to this barn that's over here," he said, pointing to a building off Route 147."They had the skid loader, like a military skid loader, all that stuff over there." Pennsylvania State Police troopers, who were visibly armed and wearing tactical gear, shut down multiple roads around State Route 147 and McClellan Road for several hours.
