The suspect in an alleged road rage shooting that critically injured a man is being charged.
One person has been injured and a suspect taken into custody in Cedar City after an apparent road rage incident on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Jason Bryan Stolworthy , 46, was arrested Wednesday, June 12 after an incident involving Stolworthy and another man.
A cell phone video taken by a bystander showed the driver of the car walking toward Stolworthy, who pulled out a gun before gun shots were heard, documents said.Officers said they found Stolworthy at his residence, recognizing him by his appearance in the cell phone video. They described him as having "fresh blood on his face." They also reported finding a gun missing its magazine on the driveway of the residence.
