A suspect is in custody after a fire broke out inside a home and a woman was found dead in New Castle County on Sunday morning.
Authorities later confirmed a woman was inside at the time of the fire. Firefighters removed her from the burning home and she was later pronounced dead. The Action Cam at the scene captured law enforcement investigating the area several hours after the fire was placed under control.
