Arlington police are investigating a shooting that involved an officer Thursday evening.
The shooting happened in the 2700 block of Lawrence Road, near Collins Street and NE Green Oaks Boulevard.
Upon arrival, officers could see an adult male looking outside of the window so officers immediately set up a perimeter. Police say the man exited the apartment with a knife in hand.
